  • Where are Sultry Vibes candles and wax melts made? Our candles and wax melts are hand poured and made with love in Jefferson County, GA at a homebased candle studio.


  • Are Sultry Vibes candles and wax melts natural? Yes. We use natural soy wax for our candles and wax melts.


  • Do you use essential oils? We do not use essential oils. We use clean fragrance oils that are specifically made for candles. Our fragrances are free of phthalates and parabens.


  • Do you use dyes or other additives? Yes, we do use color dye and mica powder for uniqueness. The dyes and mica powder we use are safe and non-toxic. We use cotton wicks free of metal, zinc and lead.


  • How do I properly use Sultry Vibes candles? Candles are beautiful, relaxing, and can bring a special ambiance to any space. But if you want to keep them burning for as long as possible, there are some things you need to know about how to use them properly.

First of all, never leave a burning candle unattended. Even if you don't plan on leaving the room for more than a few minutes, it's important to keep an eye on your candle at all times. When you do go out of the room or turn off the lights around it, be sure to extinguish the flame before leaving.

Next, never put a candle near anything flammable or combustible: like curtains or carpeting. If possible, place your candle on something that won't catch fire easily—like a table covered with glass (or another non-flammable surface). Please do not use your candles longer than 4 hours at a time.

And finally, don't burn candles in windy areas—they're more likely to blow out if there's an unexpected gust of wind coming through your window!


  • How to properly use wax melts? Your wax melts are a beautiful, fragrant addition to your home. But in order to keep them that way and get the most out of your products, there are a few things you should know.


1) Don't overheat: Wax melts are designed to be used at a lower temperature than candles, so it's important not to overheat them. If you're using an electric warmer or a candle warmer, don't turn it up past the recommended setting on the warmer's packaging—and if you're using your oven, don't turn it up past 200°F (or about 100°C).


2) Keep them away from pets and children: Pets and children love the scent of wax melts just as much as we do! We understand that the smell of the wax may make your mouth water, but the wax is not to be ingested—it's important not to let them get their "paws" on these products. Keep all wax melting materials where pets and children can't reach them, and always supervise your pets and children when they're around any kind of burning candle or warmer (even if it doesn't contain any wax).


3) Avoid letting water get inside the wax.


  • Do you have options larger than 8oz? At the moment we do not offer candles larger than 8oz. However, you can email sultryvibes22@gmail.com and we may be able to accommodate a special request.


  • Can the jars and tins be reused? Of course! Once you've burned the candle down to 1/4 inch of wax, it's time to remove the wicks and any labels. We recommend using a silicone utensil like a spatula, as knife blades might scratch the surface of your container. When scraping out the remaining wax, be careful to use caution and avoid anything sharp or metal. Once you've removed all the wax and labels, put your container in hot soapy water for 5 minutes to soften any residue that might still be attached. Then wash your container with warm water and soap, if necessary, rinse it thoroughly and dry it with a soft cloth. Your candle jar/tine is ready for reuse!


  • How long should I expect my candles and wax melts to last?

6 oz candle tins - 25 to 30 hours burn time.

8 oz candle jars - 35 to 40 hours burn time.

8 oz wickless jars - 50 to 55 hours burn time.

2.5 oz Wax melts - 35 to 40 hours burn time. (2-3 cubes = at least 12 hours of sent)


  • Do you offer custom orders? Yes, we do offer custom or specialty orders. Please email sultryvibes22@gmail.com with your contact information and your custom details. We ask that you notify us 1 month in advance to allow time to order custom merchandise and allow your order to cure properly. Once we have received your information, we will reach back out to you within 1 business day to let you know if we are able to accommodate your request.


  • Do your deliver or can I pick up my order locally? We do offer delivery through USPS. You can also pick up your order.  If you choose to pick up your order you will be sent information on where your order can be picked up.


  • What is your shipping policy? We offer standard shipping at a flat rate of $10 via USPS. Orders ship within 2 business days after your order has been submitted. You should expect to receive your delivery within 3-7 business days depending on your location and is subject to USPS schedules and guidelines.


  • Do you offer expedited shipping? Expediated shipping rate is based on delivery location. For expedited shipping quote please email sultryvibes22@gmail.com.


  • Do you ship internationally? At the moment we do not ship internationally.


  • Can I cancel an order? Cancellation requests must be received within 24 hours of purchase. Although the product might not have shipped, the inventory of orders is auto-processed in our system and we are unable to accommodate any changes after 24 hours. Cancellation is not guaranteed if package has already left our facility. Please direct all cancellation requests to sultryvibes22@gmail.com

 

  • Do you have a return/exchange policy? At the moment we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, we will be more than happy to replace or refund products damaged during transit from www.sultryvibes.com if photographic proof of damage and receipt are submitted to sultryvibes22@gmail.com within 48 hours of arrival.
